Acadium is a three-month internship program that pairs apprentices (interns) with mentors. These mentors provide tasks and guidance to help the apprentices gain valuable experience and excel in their chosen field. I was fortunate to be matched with Gina Gardiner, an inspirational speaker from the United Kingdom.

Gina's incredible journey of overcoming a skiing accident and learning to walk again has been chronicled in an award-winning book. Moreover, she has successfully built a business that leverages her life experiences and utilizes highly effective mindset techniques. With over 30 years of coaching, training, and teaching, Gina has expertly distilled her knowledge into transformational strategies and techniques.
1st Mentor: Gina Gardiner
Spiritually enlightened profitable leadership speaker and coach.

Gina suffered a serious ski accident aged 29. She was unwilling to accept the prognosis given by her doctors.  She knew that her mind-set was key to keeping her life on track, keeping her happy, successful and fulfilled even when dealing with the worst effects of the challenges her health and being in a wheelchair.
Apprenticeship 8/27 ~ 11/27
Gina kindly provided me with a comprehensive explanation of the tasks that I will be entrusted with throughout the duration of the internship. She also guided me on locating the video recordings of each esteemed guest speaker, as well as instructed me on the process of accessing her personal account to efficiently upload and implement modifications to her YouTube Channel.
Every single week, without fail, we would gather together on Zoom to catch up, exchange valuable information, engage in deep conversations about our aspirations, and have friendly discussions about the daily activities that consume my time and energy. As the weeks swiftly passed by, it gradually dawned upon me that within the depths of YouTube Studio lies a treasure trove of closely guarded secrets, just waiting to be unraveled and harnessed for the sole purpose of propelling a channel towards unprecedented success and recognition. However, this endeavor requires a profound understanding of the concealed techniques and strategies that lie beneath the surface, waiting to be exploited and leveraged to their fullest potential.
During the course of the program that spanned across a period of three months, I have obtained a more profound understanding of my objectives and unearthed my genuine inclination towards the captivating world of the graphic design industry.
The manner in which I have experienced each passing day and the way I have effectively managed and navigated through my emotions has provided me with invaluable insights into my adaptability and capacity for learning from these diverse experiences, thereby impeccably equipping me for all my forthcoming endeavors.

Final Thumbnail Design
Every individual color that has been carefully chosen for each individual thumbnail serves as a representation of the specific subject matter that is currently being discussed. The vibrant hues indicate the energy and passion associated with the topic, while the muted tones convey a sense of seriousness and depth. Through the deliberate selection of colors, the visuals not only catch the viewer's attention but also evoke emotions and convey meaning. Additionally, the use of contrasting colors creates visual interest and enhances the overall impact of the thumbnails.
